Job Description :
Lead modernization efforts across a legacy contact center tech stack, driving DevOps implementation, cloud migration, and engineering best practices in a consulting-style, unstructured environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Lead technical implementations across the contact center ecosystem with good understanding of architecture
Modernize code base and implement DevOps / CI / CD practices
Consolidate source code into GitHub and streamline development workflows
Engage with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver tailored technical solutions
Oversee integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and other platforms
Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical proposal development
Requirements : Must-Haves :
10 years of development experience, 5 years in technical leadership roles
Strong proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Azure
Current, hands-on development experience
Deep understanding of contact center technologies (Amazon Connect or Genesys)
Experience in consulting or startup environments
CRM ecosystem experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Familiarity with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and modern development practices
Strong communication skills and a client-facing mindset
Nice-to-Haves :
Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Salesforce
Exposure to AI-powered chatbots, knowledge bases, and generative AI coding
