Office Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support to senior staff, and ensure a seamless and efficient work environment. This is a contract to permanent position within the real estate and property industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings and events, overseeing HR-related tasks, maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies, handling mail distribution, arranging travel, assisting with office relocations, troubleshooting basic IT-related issues, and representing the company at community events.
Requirements include a minimum of three years of experience in office management or administrative roles, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, detail-oriented nature, and experience in coordinating events and managing cross-departmental tasks.
