We’re partnered with a leading global technology organization that is looking for a Product Marketing Professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving the adoption and growth of a defined product portfolio while acting as the “voice of the customer.”
In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating differentiated messaging that empowers sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product value. You’ll become a subject matter expert within your industry segment, combining customer insights, competitive analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Ownership : Lead product marketing responsibilities for multiple products or an entire portfolio, serving as the product evangelist and clearly articulating value propositions to key buyer and user personas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product management, sales, marketing, and enablement teams to deliver successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and research initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across business functions.
- Messaging & Value Propositions : Create differentiated messaging and positioning statements that resonate with the structural engineering and construction technology markets. Build persona profiles using insights gathered from customer interactions and field research.
- Voice of Customer & Market Research : Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to capture customer needs, industry trends, buyer behaviors, and the competitive landscape. Use findings to shape strategy and strengthen product positioning.
- Pricing & Packaging : Influence and support decisions around product pricing and packaging.
- Sales Enablement : Partner with enablement teams to build sales tools, training, and materials tailored to specific product offerings.
- Marketing Enablement : Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns and materials that drive pipeline growth and bookings.
- Competitive Analysis : Stay informed on competitors and industry dynamics, clearly articulating product differentiators.
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.Strong understanding of product marketing best practices and principles.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong research and analytical abilities with the creativity to turn insights into actionable strategies.Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple remote teams.Passion for learning and solving customer problems.Background in the B2B software market; experience in the construction or structural engineering industry is a plus.5+ years in a product marketing or related role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
