Position Overview
As a Procurement Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our core accounting operations, reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day financial tasks and key month-end close activities within our fast-paced Accounting Center.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our strategic partners, to help ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls. Responsibilities
Support the Procurement Organization, with a primary focus on month-end close activities
Prepare and post monthly journal entries and perform related account reconciliations
Analyze material price variances from manufacturing locations and identify key drivers
Monitor standard material cost data using Microsoft Excel and Access
Prepare monthly reports related to supplier payments and procurement performance
Document and / or review accounting procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from internal stakeholders
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting Center
Perform other accounting duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 1 year of accounting experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and CPA
At least 1 year of accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced functions
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions
Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and project needs
