Skilled CNC Machine Operator Needed in Omaha, NE!

Shift :

1st 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm (Mon-Fri)

2nd 5pm-3am (Mon-Thurs)

Pay $16.00-$23.00 DOE and Shift

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and quality of our machined products. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to perform various machining processes, including milling, turning, and drilling. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
  • Review technical drawings and blueprints to determine the machining requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings based on inspection results to ensure precision machining.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and reports documenting any machine adjustments, issues, or production quantities.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in operating CNC mills, lathes, and other machine shop equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with computer programming and software related to CNC operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
