Job Summary :
The Guard Shack Attendant at the cotton-seed oil mill is responsible for maintaining security and controlling access to the facility. The role involves monitoring and recording vehicle and personnel entry, checking credentials, inspecting deliveries, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. This position plays a key role in protecting the facility, its employees, and its assets.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing traffic, including the time of entry / exit, vehicle information, and purpose of visit.
Record daily security activities, including observations, irregularities, and violations of security policies.
Enforce safety rules and protocols as per company and regulatory standards.
Greet and assist visitors, truck drivers, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicate regularly with mill management, security personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth and safe operations.
