Location : Local RV Storage Facility - Gresham, OR

Pay : $20-$30 / hr (DOE)

Schedule : Monday-Wednesday | 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

We're a locally owned RV storage facility seeking a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support our growing business. This role offers the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs.

If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in QuickBooks Online , we'd love to hear from you. You'll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations while helping lead the transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online .

In addition to bookkeeping, you'll provide light administrative support, including answering phones and assisting our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
• Lead the migration from QuickBooks Desktop to Online
• Perform invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with basic inquiries
• Provide general office support to management as needed
