Accenture Federal Services is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Battle Creek MI. This person will manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders ensuring clear accountabilities and understanding of impacts. They will ensure initiatives meet schedule budget and quality commitments. They will support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout the delivery or product organization.

What youll do :

• Help facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Design configuration and testing in SAP
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend / develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP providing functional expertise guidance presentation and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate analyze and solve software problems and map client business requirements processes and objectives
• Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
