Remove drywall

Check for conduits between boxes if needed communicate to superintendent that box is ready.Verify all homes have tub covers in place from start of drywall to 1 day prior to prewalkPump water from lots as needed or when directed by superintendentBuild washout stations as needed and verify capacity of all wash stations dailyTile is expected to remain covered from the time tile has been completed through close of escrow. Granite counters are to be protected immediately upon install. Carpet should be protected immediately upon completion of work. Runners should cover all hallways and lead to main traffic areasFinal QC to WT
Collaborate with team on pre-walk updatesPrior to Pre-Walk, walk homes with superintendent at FINAL QC WALK, help prepare list from that walk.Use Final QC list to prep house for PW.Help manage QC walk list to ensure all items are done prior to pre-walk, work along side supers on any items that need attention.Identify all options are installedPost copy of QC list in house.At PW – walk with team including CS rep to ensure all items are marked out, all options are installed and any deficiencies are identified.Help complete PW list, this includes coordinating with trades and vendors as needed, working with in house labors and overseeing some of their tasks, coordinating with superintendents on any big items.Notify team if there are any items that will not be complete at time of WT, if you are struggling with trades or help getting items done please contact supervisor right away.WT to FSO
Make sure home is ready for WT. over communicate on any last minute items or things that need to get done.Review WT list with customer service and superintendents immediately after WT.Manage WT list to ensure all items are completed prior to FSO.Additional Duties
Once the first home in a motor court is complete and moved in, it is your responsibility to manage that motor court, this includes trash pick up, parking and making sure its clear for homeowners. Your responsibility is to own the motor court and ensure it’s a safe clean environment for our customers.Assist with warranty department as needed.Why Work for Trumark?
