Your Impact

We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to design and implement geospatial solutions that support complex, large-scale field operations. You'll play a key role in building tools and workflows using the Esri platform, ensuring that our field teams have the intelligence and mobile capabilities they need to work efficiently and accurately. This role combines backend geospatial logic with forward-thinking mobile development, with potential contributions to a native iOS GIS application that brings real-time insight directly to the field.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable GIS solutions using the Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Runtime SDKs).

Develop and support mobile GIS applications , preferably for iOS using Swift , with offline mapping, routing, and asset tracking capabilities.

Integrate GIS functionality with Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and secure authentication protocols.

Build tools and automated workflows for field operations , including work order management and disconnected editing.

Ensure GIS data integrity and performance across enterprise and mobile environments.

Work closely with GIS analysts, field engineers, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Create, deploy, and maintain ArcGIS Geoprocessing tools to streamline data processes.

Collaborate on application lifecycle using Git / Azure DevOps for version control and CI / CD pipelines.

Core Experience

5+ years of hands-on GIS development using Esri technologies including ArcGIS Enterprise, Web Maps, Feature Services, and ArcGIS Online.

Strong development experience with ArcGIS Web AppBuilder (Experience Builder is a plus).

Mobile GIS development experience , ideally with Swift and ArcGIS Runtime SDK for iOS .

Proficient with Python , JavaScript (ArcGIS API for JS) , and SQL for geospatial data processing and automation.

Experience integrating GIS with Salesforce or other business systems using APIs.

Familiarity with offline GIS workflows , such as syncable layers and disconnected field editing.

Solid experience with version control (Git) , ideally in Azure DevOps environments.

Experience with ArcSDE / SQL Server , with bonus points for PostgreSQL / PostGIS .

Understanding of ETL tools such as FME .

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Esri Network Analyst , routing services, and logistics optimization.

Background in mobile app deployment (MDM, TestFlight, internal enterprise distribution).

Knowledge of AI / ML applications for geospatial analysis or computer vision .

Exposure to advanced geospatial modeling and predictive analytics.

Base Pay Range

120,000—$165,000 USD
