ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Julie Nguyen Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.  We have full time and part time positions available.

Our ideal candidate is bilingual in Vietnamese, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients in person, over the phone, or directing them to the person.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Provide  customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various tasks and reach sales goals.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in Vietnamese OR Spanish
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
