Spherion Gainesville, FL, is looking for an IT Technology Administrator to assist a client. The role includes responsibilities across Help Desk Setup, IT Support, IT Administration, Fiscal Management, and IT Backup Support. Let's get to work!

Responsibilities :
- Help Desk Setup : Provide setup, support, and training for Windows / Mac computers and mobile devices, including imaging, hardware / software setup, wireless / VPN support, and peripheral installation. This also involves documenting procedures, troubleshooting, and maintaining the TrackIt Help Desk system to ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests.
- IT Support : Offer support and training for Microsoft internal / external network operations and company Advancement applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Applications, Zoom, Teams). This includes assisting with credit card device setup and training, managing print queues, answering calls, monitoring backups / restores, and reporting on leased equipment usage.
- IT Administration : Administer enterprise console management for various systems (McAfee, TSM, SharePoint, Active Directory, WSUS, mobile device management, software deployment). This also involves reviewing audit reports, backing up the Information Systems Administrator, managing network equipment from acquisition to disposal, maintaining an organized setup room, coordinating inventory tagging, and managing software licenses.
- Fiscal Management : Prepare and process all purchases for the computer network, focusing on hardware and software, including obtaining quotes, preparing purchase requests, and managing disbursements for travel / training.
- IT Backup Support : Provide administrative support to IT Leadership as needed.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

An Associate's degree with two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma / equivalent with four years of relevant experience.
