Lead and mentor 1–3 accounting staff with weekly check-ins and annual reviews.Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance across 45 entities.Manage accounts payable, vendor setup, and intercompany transactions.Coordinate construction draws and cost certifications for LIHTC projects.Post payroll and perform reconciliations for multiple entities.Support budgeting and intercompany cash flow projections.Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless financial integration.Recommend process improvements and uphold internal financial policies.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years of supervision.Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, construction accounting, and nonprofit finance.Experience with property management or affordable housing accounting preferred.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.A collaborative mindset and initiative-driven approach.Must successfully pass criminal, DOJ, and other background checks.NO CALLS FROM STAFFING AGENCIES OR RECRUITERS PLEASEPowered by JazzHR
