Compensation & benefits :

  • Full-time, onsite position for stability and hands-on leadership
  • On-demand pay : Access your earnings when you need them
  • Competitive pay : $45,000 - $50,000 / year.

  • What you'll do :

  • Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a teammanaging hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance to build a culture of excellence.
  • Champion program planning and delivery, making sure services are engaging, consistent, and tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocate for those you serve, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Take an active role in financial management, safety, and maintaining welcoming, well-run environments.
  • Be available on-call to support your team, provide coverage, and ensure seamless program operations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree and 23 years' related experience in human services preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Any required training, licensure, or certification per state or regulatory guidelines.
  • Valid driver's license, car registration, and insurance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a compassionate, reliable approach.
