Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial roofing systems including shingles, metal, flat, and specialty roofs Apply spray foam roofing, seal coats, and protective coating systems Assist with tear-offs, roof inspections, and preparation of surfaces for installation Measure, cut, and install roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications and project plans Operate hand and power tools safely to complete roofing tasks efficiently Apply underlayment, flashing, sealants, and coatings to ensure weather-tight installations Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs Assist with loading, unloading, and staging roofing materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper disposal of debris Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of commercial roofing experience with spray foam application Knowledge of various roofing systems, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications Skilled in tear-offs, shingle installation, metal roofing, and flat roof applications Must have own PPE and trade-specific tools Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from jobsites Benefits Travel Expenses : Hotels paid, travel to and from location with the crew in company vehicles, and $30 / day per diem during travel Competitive Pay : Your pay is based on experience, and we pay weekly.
