job_description.job_card.job_description4.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day Salary Range : $230,000-$340,000+ Salary range may include productivity / bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process. Outpatient after hour call of once every 4-5 weeks (phone call only) In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO and Allergy New-born rounding at 1 Hospital : Sharp Mary Birch Rounding 1 week at a time every 5 weeks Level III NICU Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group) Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns Must be board certified / eligible to be considered Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Recipient : Presidential Award for Excellence Group named as San Diego's Best Medical Group in the San Diego's Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll.
