Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. Drive stakeholder engagement, challenge with positive intent and communicate across business and technical teams. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates. Support change management, training, and adoption strategies. Demonstrates versatility by effectively wearing multiple hats, adapting to various roles and responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of the organization. Demonstrates ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration. 7+ years of project management experience in Financial Services, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity. Proven track record delivering complex projects in multi-national enterprises. Basic understanding of : Hosting (VMware, Nutanix, cloud platforms) IT Service Management (CMDB, Technology Delivery Change Frameworks) EUC (Windows 365, Copilot, DaaS, device lifecycle) Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) Data Operations and Enterprise data reporting Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 suite. Ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration.
