Engineering Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Civil Platforms (CP) Engineering Specialist supports project and technical leadership across the CNMS portfolio to enable effective execution of engineering tasks and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on building and maintaining project execution rhythm through metrics tools resource coordination and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Technical Managers Technical Leads and Engineering Project Managers to improve Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project execution support

Gather analyze and publish critical project metrics and dashboards

Serve as point of contact for access to engineering / project tools (RTC Box DOORS / DXL Rally Spotfire Confluence Jira etc.)

Assist with onboarding of GE hires purchased services and contractors

Provide CP leadership with insights to inform strategic decisions
