Description

General Summary :

This position performs basic maintenance duties and assist maintenance technicians on more difficult or technical duties to maintain county facilities.

Essential Duties :

Assist plumbing HVAC electrical painting carpentry and jail technicians as needed to perform general maintenance for all county buildings;

Change light bulbs ceiling tiles hanging pictures plaques and wall boards in county offices and buildings;

Confers with supervisor concerning construction alteration maintenance and repair projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Education

Required :

High school graduation or its equivalent plus at least one year of experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
