Job Summary :

This is a full-time position reporting to Director of Product Development. As the Senior iOS Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of MyBambus iOS application. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable, and secure mobile solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Architect, build, and maintain MyBambus iOS app, with a focus on performance, reliability, and elegant UX.
Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to align development with business objectives.
Apply mobile security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure data handling.
Lead efforts in unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure app stability and quality.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain high app performance and uptime.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for internal use and team knowledge sharing.
Support junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and collaboration.
Explore and recommend modern tools and technologies to keep the app development approach current.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.

Strong understanding of iOS frameworks : UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.

Experience with RESTful API integration and JSON-based data services.

Knowledge of architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, or VIPER.

Familiar with CI / CD processes, Git version control, and automated testing tools.

Bonus : Experience with React Native.

Familiarity with Combine or similar frameworks is a plus.

Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Able to proactively identify and solve technical challenges.

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and technologies.

Education and Experience :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of iOS development experience with a strong portfolio of live apps.

Experience in fintech, banking, or related industries is highly desirable.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
