Overview
The Peninsula Regent is seeking a full-time on-site Senior Living Sales Associate. In this role, you will provide personalized attention to each prospective resident, ensuring that each resident and their family member's needs are met through the entire sales process. You will report to the Director of Membership Services / Broker and work alongside a team of Sales Associates to meet sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
About You
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the Senior Living industry or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects, residents, families and co-workers; friendly, outgoing, self-starting, energetic, with a strong desire to provide superior customer service to seniors
Excellent organization and time management skills
Valid CA Real Estate License
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing sales support to key stakeholders.
Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
