Pay Range : $38.00 - $44.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

Join our dynamic research team involved in pioneering the fields of vision science, optical metrology, and display technologies. In this role, you will be essential in performing comprehensive literature reviews, crafting and conducting experiments to understand optical performance, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to analyze data and refine research methodologies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, adaptable individual ready to thrive in a fast-paced research environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth literature reviews on the latest developments in vision science and optical metrology.
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate visual perception and the performance of optical measurement methodologies.
  • Identify, document, and address deviations in experimental protocols to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate on the analysis of complex datasets to extract meaningful insights using Python, MATLAB, or R.

Must-Have Skills :

  • PhD or Master's in Vision Science, Optical Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related field with 2-4 years of research or industry experience.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Python, MATLAB, or R.
  • Strong background in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

    • Industry Experience :

  • Prior experience or knowledge in the hardware-technology and architecture industry is preferred, with a focus on vision science, optical metrology, and display technologies.
