Scrum Master - Retail / E-commerce

Location : Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Hybrid, 2 days on-site.

Employment Type : Full-time, long-term employment at Concord.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000.

Requirements : must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join Concord as a full-time consultant, supporting our retail vertical on large-scale web and eCommerce (SFCC) initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery and digital commerce, with a solid understanding of web application development lifecycles and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environments. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable high-performing Agile practices, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering web and SFCC-based eCommerce solutions within a retail environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Partner with Product Owners to define priorities, groom backlogs, and maintain delivery focus.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and promote transparency across all project stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet both functional and technical standards.
• Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown) and communicate progress to leadership and client stakeholders.
