job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAbility to read / interpret documents Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license Willingness to continue education as necessary Strong time management skills Ability / willingness to learn to operate the following special equipment, machinery, and / or special tools : hand truck, hand and power pallet jack, power lift equipment (company will train) Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations to customers, clients, and / or associates in the organization Ability to prioritize / multi-task while providing accurate / on-time results Ability to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends and overtime Basic math skills (., counting, addition, and subtraction) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to write routine reports / correspondence High School Diploma or GED 1 year of experience in mechanical field
Responsible for assisting mechanics in daily repair work. Perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Review repair log and prepares jobs
- Assist mechanics with repairs to equipment
- Conduct parts runs
- Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
