The Opportunity :
As IT Program Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Technology Planning and will oversee the firm-wide Technology program intake and planning process. You will refine and facilitate this process by partnering with leadership across the firm and collaborating with Technology management, ensuring the development of a prioritized technology roadmap to guide firm resources. You will monitor and communicate progress on the roadmap through monthly and quarterly reports. You will also document the lifecycle of a program initiative, informing tool requirements and developing standards to better track each initiative's progress and oversee delivery of the technology roadmap.
The Day-to-Day :
- Facilitate annual firm-wide Technology initiative planning process according to budget planning
- Implement a quarterly planning cycle in close partnership with program leads and technology management that feeds into the annual planning process
- Manage technology intake process to support planning and change requests for the current year's roadmap
- Partner with Program leads to provide consistent portfolio reporting on program status, portfolio health and progress on firm priorities
- Map the lifecycle of a program initiative, inform tool requirements, create checklists and other tools to make navigation through the lifecycle more predictable and reportable
- Establish, train and roll out standards to support the program initiative lifecycle
- Implement methods to monitor standards adherence and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including program leads, technology management, risk management and information security, to assess needs, resolve questions, develop solutions and implement improvements
Your Qualifications :
8+ years of project or program management experienceExperience with Project Portfolio Management tools, JIRA, Confluence or resource management toolsDemonstrated experience eliciting cooperation from a variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departmentsDemonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with management staff, employees, and consultantsStrong familiarity with change management and creative, independent problem solvingDemonstrated strengths in organization, creative thinking and attention to detailBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredCompensation :
$95,000 - $140,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments :
