Leadership & Training
Serve as crew lead and mentor for Tower Technicians I & IITrain technicians using industry standards and safety protocols (OSHA, ANSI, NWSA, ASME, NEC)Direct topside activities and coordinate site operationsTechnical Expertise
Execute installation, repair, modification, optimization, testing, and closeout of wireless infrastructure systemsPerform advanced testing, including sweep testing, PIM testing, and fiber / connector inspectionsInterpret construction drawings, RFDs, and site plans to ensure compliance with build specificationsMaintain expertise in sector / antenna configurations, jumper routing, coax systems, RET settings, and fiber routingQuality & Documentation
Complete accurate project documentation and closeout packages using digital photographyEnsure "punch-free" site delivery through meticulous quality controlMaintain detailed inventory management and equipment accountabilitySafety & Compliance
Perform comprehensive daily inspections and maintain site housekeeping standardsExecute job hazard assessments and implement safety protocolsDemonstrate proficiency in fall protection, rigging, and rescue proceduresRequired Qualifications
Certifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years tower construction / climbing experienceValid NWSA Tech I Certification (TTT-1 required)OSHA 10 or 30Physical Requirements
Ability to lift / carry 70 pounds consistentlyFull body mobility : climbing, twisting, turning for extended periodsCapable of working at heights up to 500 feetComfortable working in all weather conditionsTechnical Skills
Proficiency with specialty equipment : ANRITSU, VIAVI, KAELUSStrong computer skills and smartphone technology knowledgeBasic mathematical skills and blueprint reading abilityWorking knowledge of fiber optics, coaxial systems, and RF principlesProfessional Requirements
Clean driving record and valid driver's licensePass a criminal background check and DOT physicalComplete pre-employment and random drug screeningExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights / weekendsReady to Join Our Elite Team?
