Become a Tutor for iEducate!

iEducate is seeking college students to serve as tutors in local K-5th grade literacy math science and bilingual classrooms. You will be supporting teachers and students during the school day by working on the curriculum with the students and tracking student progress throughout the school year. Your impact extends beyond academics to empower and inspire the next generation of students to reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities include :

• Host 1-on-1 or small-group sessions with students to re-teach skills they didnt grasp the first time around in whole-group and / or support a small group of students during the lesson cycle in the classroom.
• Prepare to effectively support students by reviewing and internalizing lesson materials in advance ensuring you are ready to teach the content in an engaging and effective way.
• Build collaborative relationships with school staff to enhance your support of assigned students by :

Collaborating with school stakeholders demonstrating high levels of professionalism and competence.

Daily Data Trackers (DDTs) that track student tutoring dosage and objective mastery.
