Sigmatech is currently seeking an Instructional System Design Instructor in Colorado Springs.

General duties : This position will incorporate USAF Instructional System Design (ISD) processes into training and course materials at the Vosler NCO Academy, Peterson SFB CO.

Specific duties :

Design and develop training with the following attributes :

• Provide classroom instruction consistent with ISD satisfying government training requirements
• Coordinate development and design of media used in the lessons created by the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Interface with internal and external agencies as required maintaining up-to-date training program
• Research existing course content and propose new or updated course materials, which apply best practices and principles of adult learning
• Design and develop lessons, certification criteria, exercises, case studies, briefings, testing, feedback evaluations, and other learning activities in support of the Instructor Qualification Course (IQC)
• Coordinate ISD activities with the division chief, training managers and government training personnel
• Additional duties as assigned

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $95,000 to $110,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education / training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
