Key Responsibilities :

• Pre-operative Care : Assess and prepare patients for reconstructive surgeries, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
• Intra-operative Support : Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, providing critical nursing support and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Post-operative Care : Monitor and manage patients recovery post-surgery, including pain management, wound care, and patient education.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative care.
• Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care, ensuring the smooth operation of the surgical center.
• Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring all procedures comply with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
Qualifications :
• Required :

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in CA.
