As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will support the higher-level strategy and execution by performing the following core duties :

• Assist in setting up, launching, and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn) in partnership with our media agency.
• Ensure accurate campaign trafficking, targeting, and creative implementation.
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure efficient budget utilization and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and segmentation to support senior strategies.
• Support creative teams by reviewing ad content and visuals for on-brand consistency and platform requirements.
