Logistics Specialist

Qualifications

Required :

Strong phone and email communication skills with drivers customers and vendors.

Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills (email spreadsheets data entry).

Dependable and punctual; comfortable working independently in the office.

Preferred :

Spanish-speaking (bilingual English / Spanish is a strong plus).

Experience with Fishbowl or similar inventory / CRM systems.

Warehouse or distribution environment experience.

Familiarity with freight LTL and / or working with 3rd party logistics companies.
