We are seeking a dynamic Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights through data analysis and will play a crucial role in assisting the company to make well-informed decisions about its short-term and long-term financial planning.

Responsibilities :

1. Carry out regular financial analysis including margin analysis and trend analysis to identify potential areas of improvement.

2. Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing detailed insights into the company's financial health.

3. Conduct thorough cash flow analysis to support business decisions and forecast future financial scenarios.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

5. Support the development of the company's strategic financial plan and monitor its implementation.

6. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

7. Assist in the budgeting process by developing and maintaining budget models, analyzing budget variances, and preparing reports.

8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team to aid in decision-making.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or a professional qualification such as CFA / CPA is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

3. Advanced Excel skills, PowerBI
