Temp-to-Hire positionhourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)Keep track of assigned accounts in our industry-specific databaseWork collaboratively over the phone with individuals to set up successful repayment optionsHandle questions or complaints with grace and understandingCreate trust relationships with individuals over the phone so they are comfortable speaking with you openlyUpdating account status and electronic notes while on the phoneCommunicate effectively with superiors regarding questions, complaints, challenges, payment plan offers, and moreAdherence to all applicable law, regulations, and policies with strict attention to detailCall Center Qualifications :
Experience on the phone with distressed individualsExperience in working with performance goals and tight deadlinesKnowledge of or ability to learn relevant industry legal requirementsWorking knowledge of MS Office, databases, and general familiarity with computers, including ability to learn new software.Ability to be polite and compassionateReliable with attendanceApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
