LCSW Behavioral Health

Job Description :

Must be independently licensed in KY not under supervision- LCSW, LPCC or LMFT accepted

Required : Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences

One to three years inpatient behavioral health work

Clinical Services Therapist for Outpatient -

The Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team who will be a part of our Outpatient Team. Major job functions include : obtaining psycho-social assessments; conducting family / group therapy on assigned cases; complete documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinate discharge planning; assist in developing and maintaining community resource information; performs marketing functions as assigned; assists in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security; ensures good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education activities.

Unit : Psych - Adult Unit

Desired Shift : DAYS - 8HR : (Mon-Fri)
