LHH is proactively seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our client’s administrative operations in the Houston area. This is a contract position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry : Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document Management : Organize, scan, and file physical and digital records.
- Quality Control : Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed.
- Reporting : Generate simple reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Administrative Support : Assist with general office tasks such as printing, copying, and assembling documents.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other Tasks : Support special projects and perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.Experience : 1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support.Technical Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with data entry software a plus.Communication : Clear written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.Organization : Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Professionalism : Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively and take direction well.Adaptability : Willingness to learn new systems and adjust to changing priorities.What We Offer :
