Job Summary :

Bring your culinary passion and leadership expertise to our team! As the Senior Chef Manager, you'll oversee both back- and front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and a smooth, high-performing food service department.

You'll take charge of menu innovation, financial performance, and team development-balancing creativity in the kitchen with strategic business management. From inventory and purchasing to labor and food cost control, you'll ensure operational excellence every step of the way.

Your leadership will shape a positive kitchen culture built on quality, consistency, and sanitation excellence, while fostering growth through hiring, training, coaching, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs
• Conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
• Maintains an active role in managing team developments
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
