The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision, mission, and business model, with a focus on aligning product innovation with commercial goals. This role demands a hands-on approach to product management, a deep understanding of capital markets, liquidity, and digital asset infrastructure, and the ability to lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. The CEO will also be tasked with driving the evolution of the company's flagship platform, Lendle, from concept to full-scale adoption, and ensuring its market position as a leading solution for digital asset lending, borrowing, and treasury management.

Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in product leadership, general management, or founder roles, and a proven track record of taking a product from concept to scale. The role requires the ability to bridge technical and business domains, excellent communication skills, and a passion for blockchain innovation. Experience in fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and managing investor relations is preferred.
