The Corporate & Securities practice focuses on public company reporting, compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies in various industries, as well as corporate and transactional matters for private companies.

Compensation :

• The position offers a compensation range of $260,000 to $390,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
