The Role
As a Configuration Management (CM) / PLM Systems Administrator , you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and improving Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Change Management systems. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage PLM and play a critical role in ensuring engineering, manufacturing, and operations all stay seamlessly connected.
This position is central to product development, engineering change processes, and ensuring system integrations (CAD, ERP, MES, PDM) run smoothly. You’ll also have the chance to mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and be the subject matter expert for PLM administration.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and support Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage PLM (and related systems) for engineering and product data.
- Lead change management, engineering release, and document control activities.
- Support new part introductions, configuration tracking, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve processes, automate workflows, and reduce errors.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and compliance.
- Mentor and train users to get the best out of PLM systems.
- Act as the key liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners for PLM / CM solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Configuration / change management or engineering release.Administering PLM systems (preferably Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage; Teamcenter / Enovia also valuable).Strong background in engineering change, document control, and product lifecycle management.Experience with system integrations (ERP, CAD, MES, PDM).Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Bonus Points :
Certified in Fusion 360 Manage.Aerospace, telecom, or high-tech manufacturing experience.Proven track record in driving process automation or system improvements.Why Join?
