Job Details

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports

Lead financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvements

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and profitability initiatives

Develop and execute financial efficiency plans across all departments

Operations & Team Management

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering continuous development

Manage cash flow optimization and maintain key banking relationships

Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulations

Manufacturing Focus

Handle payroll planning and budgeting for manufacturing and administrative positions

Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards

Work closely with department heads on budget development and performance monitoring

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across the finance department

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

6+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or printing

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systems

Experience with ADP payroll system and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-haves"

CPA or CMA certification

Manufacturing industry experience, especially in printing or packaging

Leadership experience managing finance teams

Track record of implementing successful cost control initiatives
