Job Details
Financial Leadership & Strategy
Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reportsLead financial analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvementsCollaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and profitability initiativesDevelop and execute financial efficiency plans across all departmentsOperations & Team Management
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keepingLead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering continuous developmentManage cash flow optimization and maintain key banking relationshipsCoordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with all financial regulationsManufacturing Focus
Handle payroll planning and budgeting for manufacturing and administrative positionsImplement cost control measures while maintaining quality standardsWork closely with department heads on budget development and performance monitoringDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency across the finance departmentWhat You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field6+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or printingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systemsExperience with ADP payroll system and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standardsPreferred Qualifications / Nice-to-haves"
