Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering consulting firm based in California, is hiring a project engineer in our Land Development Department. A project engineer is responsible for a variety of civil engineering projects performed on behalf of private and public sector clients. Under direction, a Project Engineer performs difficult and complex engineering tasks and acts as a supervisor to a small group of engineers and / or technical support staff. A project engineer may serve as a project manager on a single major, or several minor, engineering project(s).
This is an Associate, salary, exempt position.

While there is no typical day when you are managing projects and employees, there are a few things you can count on :
Qualifications & Skills
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 6 plus years of experience performing related engineering work; or, equivalent education and experience. Proficient with related software and tools required to complete all job duties, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, and various modeling programs. P.E. License Required.

Offers will be based on several factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, training, and location. Base pay is just one part of the comprehensive compensation package offered by Wood Rodgers.
