We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver independent, evidence-based interventions in alignment with the Occupational Therapists plan of care and our mission to provide dignified, person-centered care in both long-term and post-acute rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities include developing treatment sessions based on functional needs, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team, and adapting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for each resident.
