This summary outlines key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role focused on strategic partnership and organizational excellence. The role involves building strong relationships with senior managers to act as a trusted business partner and coach. It leads strategic HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, development, retention, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement to support a high-performance culture. The role drives organizational structure development, transformation projects, and change management to align HR programs with business needs. It oversees management assessment, senior recruitment, and leverages talent management practices across the division. Ensuring compliance with HR regulations, managing salary reviews, incentives, and recognition strategies are also key duties. The role collaborates with legal counsel on disciplinary actions, harmonizes HR processes with regional / global standards, and leads a committed HR team focused on shared goals and engagement.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, including understanding of Safety, Workers Comp and OSHA.
- Investigations and discipline processes.
- An HR professional with proven functional competence, state-of-the-art HR knowledge, a track record in a fast-paced, international business environment and a strong, pragmatic and creative personality.
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level with master’s level preferred, the successful candidate will possess at least 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a best-in-class industrial or life sciences company.
- Experience in a highly decentralized matrix organization, and a lean organizational approach with down-to-earth attitude.
- Experience working within organizations which have successfully undergone cultural and organizational change and development.
- Experience working in a HR Service Delivery Model with retained and outsourced services is a plus.
- Understanding the businesses financials and being able to manage costs through changing conditions.
- Experience with global HR ERP systems such as WorkDay, SAP, etc. is a must.

- Responsible for two locations in New Jersey, with primary office in Thorofare, NJ.
- Some travel may be required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
Educated to bachelor’s degree level with master’s level preferred in a human resources or business administration discipline (a Master’s degree or MBA is desirable). The successful candidate will possess at least 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a best-in-class industrial or life sciences company.
