As part of our partnership with MetroLink, we manage cleaning operations across stations in both Missouri and Illinois—ensuring every passenger experiences a clean, safe transit environment .

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and people-focused Operations Manager to lead the MetroLink Cleaning Operations Team.

This leader oversees daily operations, scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, customer communication, and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team  Oversight

• Lead and supervise cleaning staff across Missouri and Illinois.
• Ensure fair scheduling, accountability, and communication
• Act as primary liaison with MetroLink representatives.
