Sales Representative / Roof Inspector

A Step Above Inc is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales Representative / Roof Inspector to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, hybrid role combines in-person roof inspections with sales responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity for a driven individual.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable climbing roofs, assessing damage, building strong customer relationships, and effectively closing deals. While roofing experience is a plus, we highly value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct thorough residential and commercial roof inspections.
• Document roof conditions using photos, notes, and Acculynx CRM.
• Provide accurate estimates and educate customers on various roofing solutions.
• Present proposals, answer questions, and close sales efficiently.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate project details.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on roofing systems and industry best practices.
• Requirements :
• Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on rooftops.
• Comfortable with heights and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Basic digital proficiency; knowledge of AccuLynx or other CRM platforms is preferred. .
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales.
• Knowledge of different roofing systems (e.g., tile, shingle, TPO).
• Proficiency with Acculynx or similar construction CRM.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
