Position Overview :

A healthcare facility in Syracuse, NY is seeking a skilled Travel RN – Ambulatory for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care, urgent care, and pediatrics.

Qualifications :

Current New York State RN license

BLS certification (must be able to recertify)

Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within past 2 years) in a hospital of similar size / level

Experience in EPIC EMR preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience :

Ambulatory or urgent care

Pediatrics

Duties :

Perform majority of patient care skills independently

Conduct thorough nursing assessments appropriate for the acute care level

Provide safe, high-quality care with minimal orientation and supervision
