Job Title : Meter Technician

Job Description

We are seeking mechanically inclined and tech-savvy Meter Technicians to join our growing team in San Diego County. You will be responsible for installing and servicing water meters across new and existing properties, ensuring accurate diagnostics and customer satisfaction. This is a field-based role with significant drive time and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 7 work orders daily, aiming for 1 per hour.
• Install new water meters and diagnose any issues.
• Turn water on / off and repressurize meters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using NetSuite.
• Provide excellent customer service during site visits.
• Travel throughout the Bay Area using a company-provided vehicle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
