As a Team Assistant, you will support daily operations of the ACTTAY multidisciplinary team by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with communications, and providing essential administrative support. You'll help clients and families get answers to their questions, ensure intake processes run smoothly, and support the team in delivering high-quality services.

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects, including the human body. Requires repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and / or writing during the work shift. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve brief periods of walking or standing. Jobs are considered sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
