Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation : Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.
• Inbound Calls : Efficiently handle incoming calls - addressing questions and offering solutions.
• Policy Customization : Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
• Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.
• Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.

Requirements :

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
• Sales-oriented mindset, driven and ambitious personality.
• Passionate about customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to maintain a daily commitment to success.
• Prior experience within an Allstate agency is highly preferred, but not required.
• Must currently hold a valid Property / Casualty license.
