We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Treatment / Insurance Coordinator to join our team in a well-established general and cosmetic dental office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients
• Verify insurance and clearly explain patient portions
• Collect and post payments
• Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding / aging reports
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support
• Explain dental procedures in an easy-to-understand way
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office flow

You’re experienced with dental insurance and terminology, confident in presenting treatment, and love working in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
